Material HandlerJoin our amazing team and contribute as a:Material HandlerAmrize, the largest manufacturer and distributor of cement and related construction materials currently has an immediate opening for a Material Handler position for its manufacturing facility located in Ada, Oklahoma.What You'll Accomplish:Follow all Safety rules, work instructions and proceduresMaintain adherence to AFR policy, A-Cert, ISO, and MSHA certificationsEnsure compliance with permitted and internal requirements at all timesProperly receive, unload and store alternative materials while respecting safety and quality standardsResponsible for accurate analysis, evaluation, handling and tracking of materials received at the pre-processing platformEnsure all appropriate material testing, monitoring and inspections are performed and documented as requiredResponsible for submitting information regarding inbound loads to appropriate LH/Geocycle personnel in a timely mannerPerform CSR (Customer Service) functions as required; schedule deliveries with transporters or generatorsUtilize SAP and WFMS for PQ set up, material approvals, load scheduling, daily receipts, billing, purchase requisitions; assist with billing inquiries and issues and 3rd party transactionsCollect samples of alternative fuel and raw materials for analysisPerform required testing in the laboratory as requiredCalibration and repairs of analytical equipment to maintain functionality and accuracyCoordinate efforts between Geocycle and the plant. Including, but not limited to providing timely analysis, inbound inventory reports, and alternative fuel composition reportsEnsure timely reporting and correction of co-processing and maintenance issuesNotify Facility Supervisor of any downtime (Via text, call, or Radio)Ensure all mobile equipment safety inspections are performed prior to equipment useAssist in repairs (Guards, breakdowns, etc....) as neededProvide support to alternative materials testing, receiving, monitoring and co-processingAssist in cement plant work as requiredEnsure all appropriate safety inspections are completedDemonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areasPromote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviorsWhat We're Looking For:Required Education: High School diploma/GEDRequired Work Experience: 2 years heavy industry experience/material handling.
