Patient Services Representative Hawaii Island Community Health Center (HICHC) Location: Kuakini Pay: $19.96-$25.65 per hour (based on qualifications and experience) About the Position Hawaii Island Community Health Center is looking for a Patient Services Representative (PSR) to join our Kuakini team. Responsibilities Greet and register patients for scheduled and walk-in appointments Update patient records and contact information Collect payments and assist with insurance questions Schedule appointments Greet and direct visitors to the appropriate department Provide professional and responsive customer service Support clinic operations as assigned Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Six months to one year of related experience (customer service, office work, reception, etc.) We welcome applicants who are early in their careers but motivated to learn and grow.
