About the Role We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist with prior experience in a dental office setting to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for patients, managing front desk operations, coordinating insurance and billing, and ensuring smooth day-to-day workflow in the office. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist patients with professionalism and care. Manage phone calls, appointment scheduling, and patient reminders. Verify dental insurance coverage, process claims, and handle billing inquiries. Collect co-pays and maintain accurate financial records. Coordinate with dental assistants and dentists to ensure efficient patient flow. Maintain patient files, charts, and ensure HIPAA compliance. Handle administrative duties such as emails, documentation, and office correspondence. Provide excellent customer service and support to patients. Qualifications & Skills Previous experience in a dental office front desk role (required). Strong knowledge of dental billing, coding, and insurance coordination. Proficient in dental office software. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
