Duration: 3-4 Months Department: Sales and Marketing Reports To: Director of Sales & Marketing Location: Flexible Schedule, Hybrid and On-Site Options Available Description: We are seeking a motivated Marketing Intern for a 3-4 month internship, ideal for students seeking college credit and specializing in marketing. This internship offers a unique learning opportunity, providing hands‑on experience and exposure to various marketing functions. The intern will work closely with our Director of Sales & Marketing and Marketing Specialist on several key projects. Key Responsibilities: Project: Miami Spice at The Strand Campaign Support in monitoring campaign performance to evaluate effectiveness and optimize results. Participate in campaign photo shoots and assist in the preparation of shot lists, mood boards, and logistics. Provide feedback in developing campaign assets for promotion. Collaborate on producing a blog post highlighting the campaign launch. Project: Carillon LinkedIn Assist in developing content to promote and grow Carillon’s LinkedIn engagement and performance. Support in monitoring performance to evaluate effectiveness. Qualifications: Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing or a related field, with the internship required for college credit. Strong interest in digital marketing, social media, and campaign management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Creative thinking and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic knowledge of marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media, content management systems).
