Pay Range $18–$22 per hour Summary The AP/AR clerk is responsible for managing the processing, recording, and reconciliation of accounts payable and receivable transactions to ensure accurate financial operations and reporting. Duties & Responsibilities Prepare and manage daily deposits and cash receipts. Manage all accounts receivable and work with vendors on collections. Reconcile cash schedule and assist in monthly closings. Reconcile select accounts and schedules monthly, prior to month end. Post manual journal entries and other required postings. Issue purchase orders for supplies and invoices, monitor the automated purchase order system, and void and correct errors. Complete end‑of‑month accounting reports. Assist in the completion of annual review/audit. Send invoices, code invoices, and process payments. Qualifications AP/AR experience or automotive dealership experience in a back‑office role. Computer literate with intermediate Microsoft Excel experience. Authorized to work in the USA. Able to pass pre‑employment testing, including background checks, MVR, drug test, and a valid driver’s license. Preferred Qualifications Previous automotive AP/AR experience. Basic accounting experience. Compensation (Hourly) $18.00 – 22.00 per hour Schedule Full‑time, 40 hours per week. 5 days a week, 2 days off. Monday – Friday. Weekends off.
