Description

Do you have what it takes to wear the stripes?

At Hot Dog on a Stick, we're all about good vibes, great food, fresh lemonade, and creating fun experiences people actually remember. From hand-stomped lemonade to our iconic uniforms, this isn't your average food job — and we're not looking for average leaders.

We're looking for a high-energy Assistant Store Manager who can lead a team, handle the rush, keep the energy up, and help create a place where both employees and guests genuinely enjoy being.

If you love fast-paced environments, leading people, and bringing positive energy to work every day — keep reading.

What You'll Do

  • Help lead day-to-day operations alongside the Store Manager
  • Coach, motivate, and hype up the team during busy shifts
  • Deliver fast, friendly guest service and ensure food quality standards are always on point
  • Help drive sales, team performance, and overall store success
  • Keep the store clean, organized, and running smoothly
  • Support hiring, training, and developing team members
  • Jump in wherever needed — leaders here lead from the front
  • Help create a fun, positive, team-first culture
  • Ensure company policies, food safety, and operational standards are followed

Why You'll Love It Here

  • Flexible scheduling
  • Growth opportunities and promotion from within
  • Fun, fast-paced team environment
  • Leadership development and hands-on experience
  • 401(k) benefits
  • Employee discounts/free food
  • Work with a brand that's iconic, nostalgic, and seriously fun

The Energy

We work hard, move fast, laugh a lot, and keep the lemonade flowing. If you can handle the rush, lead with positivity, and stick a smile on someone's face — we want you on our team.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

  • Leadership experience in restaurant, retail, hospitality, or food service preferred
  • Someone who brings energy, positivity, and accountability
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Organized, dependable, and solution-oriented
  • Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • A team player who can multitask and stay cool under pressure
