Box Truck Delivery Driver (Amazon DSP) | $24.75/hr - $37.13/hr | PTO

Job Description

Job Description

Tired of delivering 300 small envelopes a day? Switch to Amazon XL. Paragon Logistics is a premier Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) specializing in "Big & Bulky" deliveries. Instead of a van, you’ll lead a 2-person team in a 26' Box Truck. Better pay, a dedicated helper, and local routes.

The Pay & "Instant Cash" Perks

• Base Pay: $24.75/hr
• Overtime: $37.13/hr (Steady OT available)
• Same-Day Pay: Access your earned wages daily through ADP.
• Cash-Out PTO: Unique benefit—accrue PTO and cash it out anytime if you'd rather have the money than the day off.

The Amazon XL Advantage (DSP)

• No CDL Required: Drive our 26' DOT-regulated trucks with a standard Class E license.
• Never Work Solo: You are the Captain; you’ll always have a Driver Helper to handle the heavy lifting (furniture, appliances, TVs).
• Work-Life Balance: Local routes only. Start and finish your day in Liberty. Home every night.
• Top-Tier Tech: Use Amazon’s world-class GPS and routing tools to make your shift seamless.

What a Typical Day Looks Like

• Load & Go: Meet your helper at the station, check your Amazon-branded truck, and head out.
• Team Lift: You and your partner deliver and occasionally install large items (50–300 lbs).
• Customer Smiles: Be the pro who delivers the "big" stuff that makes a customer’s home complete.

Requirements

• Age: 21+ with a valid U.S. Driver’s License (Class E required in MO).
• Physicality: Must be comfortable with heavy lifting/moving as part of a team.
• Record: Clean driving record and ability to pass a background/drug screen.
• DOT: Must have or be willing to obtain a DOT Medical Card (we assist with this!).

Full Benefits Package

• Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance.
• 401(k) with Company Match.
• Tuition Assistance and AT&T Wireless discounts.
• Paid training—we set you up for success from day one.
