Duties and Responsibilities
Assembler Role

Assembly and Fabrication

· * Assemble assigned product parts, including panels, doors, windows, louvers, and turbines, on the assembly line per production guidelines.

· * Install sheeting, insulation, liners, and options on modular panels using air and power tools.

· * Interpret shop drawings for proper assembly and installation tasks.

· * Stage panels in racks after assembly sequence is complete.

· * Perform touch-up painting and cleaning to ensure a quality-finished product.

· * Conduct spot checks of assembled products to ensure quality standards are met.

Safety and Compliance

· * Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including OSHA and ISO standards.

· * Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) in accordance with training and company policy.

· * Maintain clean and safe working conditions through housekeeping practices.

· * Notify supervisors immediately of any problems or potential issues.

Tools, Equipment, and Measurements

· * Operate air and power drills, screw guns, and saws safely and efficiently.

· * Accurately read and use both conventional and precision measuring instruments.

· * Operate overhead cranes and forklifts where required (certification and valid license needed).

Additional Requirements

· Work overtime as needed and maintain a flexible, cooperative attitude.

· Perform other related duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements

· * Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.

· * Ability to climb, reach, push/pull, bend, and stoop frequently.

· * Ability to occasionally squat, kneel and crawl.

· * Ability to lift 35 lbs from floor to waist.

· * Ability to carry 55 lbs 35 feet.

· * Ability to apply a minimum grip strength of 20 lbs for operating power tools.

· * Ability to generate 60 lbs of force by pushing or pulling.
