Located in a newly renovated office in Chantilly, VA, this role offers meaningful work and valuable experience for those interested in criminal justice, legal studies, or law enforcement. Responsibilities: Accurately input, update, and maintain records in internal databases and production systems Review legal documents such as subpoenas and warrants to extract required data for internal documentation Support the Trust & Safety team with administrative duties including mail handling, scheduling, phone support, and filing Prepare outgoing mail and fulfill document request deliveries Prioritize incoming tasks and manage time effectively to meet sensitive deadlines Maintain high attention to detail while managing confidential information Provide additional support based on client or law enforcement needs Complete other duties as assigned Requirements: Must be a U.S. Citizen, 18 years or older, and able to pass a background check and drug screening Strong attention to detail with experience in data entry and administrative support Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and maintain discretion with sensitive information Flexibility to train in-person at the Chantilly office with potential for hybrid work based on performance $20-$23/hr Seniority level Seniority level Entry level Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Job function Administrative Industries Staffing and Recruiting and Security and Investigations Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at ROCS Grad Staffing by 2x Inferred from the description for this job Medical insurance Vision insurance Get notified when a new job is posted.
