Technical Writer

Supply Chain Investigation Specialist

Responsibilities

1. Drive investigation of deviations in supply chain by collaborating with peers and internal customers (e.g., Manufacturing, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, IT, Warehouse, and Manufacturing Shared Services).

2. Translate and/or write technical business requirements which are compliant, efficient, and effective in QMS.

3. Coordinate meetings and presentations with leadership/peers and internal customers to ensure business requirements are met for any supply chain activities.

4. Develop and maintain technical training material and provide training to users for Infinity System in Supply Chain/Warehouse.

5. Collaborate with Scheduling, ERP, Warehouse and other supply chain functions to continuously improve and find effective ways to maintain compliance through work practice, standard operating procedures and work instructions.

6. Understand manufacturing processes and the implementation within the quality systems at site.

Skills and Experience

1. Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university preferred.

2. An equivalent combination of education, experience and training may substitute.

3. 2 years relevant work experience required, preferably in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment including technical writing or Quality/Supply Chain role.

4. A year of experience with project coordination and cross-functional team leadership preferred.
