Wasmer Brothers Landscaping is a quality landscape installation company that specializes in custom design and build. We are a small business with steady growth over our 10 plus years. We are based in Farmington Hills, Michigan and serve the northwest side of metro Detroit.

We are seeking both Landscape Crew Team Leaders and Team Members for full time employment. You will work with other crew members to implement landscape designs.

Team Members Responsibilities:

- Create outdoor living spaces.

- Implement unique and custom landscaping designs.

- Have fun while creating something unique!

- Transform people’s lives by creating a new outdoor living space.

- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, and clients.

- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications.

- Help grow with the company and help us reach new heights.

Team leaders, in addition to what is listed above:

- The responsibility and freedom to lead your team and create a fun working environment.

- Oversee all aspects of landscape construction projects in regards to implementation.

- Work alongside crew members and motivate them to stay on schedule with high quality results.

- Allocate resources for assigned projects.

- Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors.

Qualifications:

- The ideal candidate should enjoy working outdoors and working with their hands. It's a plus if you have professional experience in landscaping.

- Pride, responsibility and accountability in the work you produce.

- Great communication and listening skills.

- Hard working with an excellent work ethic.

- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Work Location: Multiple Locations
