Physical Medicine And Rehabilitation - Medical Director

(Physician/MD qualifications required) We are seeking a Physiatry (PM&R) physician with inpatient rehabilitation experience to serve as Medical Director for our inpatient rehabilitation facility. This role combines daily patient care with administrative leadership in a Monday–Friday schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily inpatient rounds in the rehab facility
• Oversee and manage medical care for inpatient rehabilitation patients
• Provide medical leadership and oversight for the facility
• Support quality initiatives, clinical protocols, and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams

Qualifications:

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
• Inpatient rehabilitation experience required
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Schedule: Monday–Friday No nights or weekends
