This role serves as the first point of contact for the community and plays a critical role in driving occupancy, resident satisfaction, and brand reputation through professionalism, sales expertise, and superior customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet, engage, and tour prospective residents, showcasing luxury amenities, floor plans, and community featuresBuild strong relationships with prospects to convert leads into leasesExecute lease agreements accurately and in compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policiesFollow up with prospects through calls, emails, and CRM systems to maximize conversionsMaintain expert knowledge of pricing, availability, market trends, and competitorsDeliver exceptional customer service to current residents and assist with lease renewalsProcess applications, screenings, and move-ins efficiently and professionallyCollaborate with the property management and maintenance teams to ensure readiness of unitsMaintain a clean, welcoming leasing office and model units at all timesParticipate in marketing initiatives, resident events, and outreach activitiesCollect and encourage positive online reviews and referralsQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred)Minimum 1 year of leasing, sales, hospitality, or luxury customer service experience preferredStrong sales skills with a customer-focused mindsetExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsProfessional appearance and demeanorAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with leasing software, CRM systems, and Microsoft OfficeKnowledge of Fair Housing regulations requiredAvailability to work weekends and flexible schedules as neededWhat We OfferCompetitive base pay plus commissions/bonusesGrowth and advancement opportunitiesProfessional training and developmentA dynamic, luxury-focused work environment
