You'll be involved in the entire sales process—from connecting with prospective customers and understanding their needs to presenting insurance solutions and closing business.

What You'll Do

• Connect with prospective customers through phone, video, and other communication channels.

• Build rapport and create positive relationships with potential clients.

• Ask questions and listen carefully to understand each customer's insurance needs.

• Explain insurance products, coverage options, and benefits in a clear and easy-to-understand way.

• Recommend solutions based on each customer's individual needs.

• Manage opportunities throughout the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing.

• Answer customer questions and confidently address concerns or objections.

• Follow up consistently with prospects to keep opportunities moving forward.

• Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records.

• Work with your team to share ideas, improve results, and achieve sales goals.

• Continue developing your insurance knowledge and sales skills through training and coaching.

Earning Potential

Expected annual earnings: $50,000–$85,000 , depending on performance.
