About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead its mission of promoting educational excellence and supporting local school governance. The successful candidate will serve as the chief executive, working in close partnership with the Board of Directors to advance the organization's strategic vision and ensure its position as a trusted, nonpartisan voice for public education. Key responsibilities include strategic and enterprise leadership, business operations, and fostering a high-performing, mission-driven culture. The role demands a politically astute, relationship-oriented executive with a deep understanding of public education and school governance, particularly within the Texas landscape.
