Assistant Site Leader

Job Details Job Location: TXST12 Rio Grande City - Rio Grande City, TX 78582 Salary Range: $16.00 - $18.00 Hourly Benefits Generous PTO and vacation policy Competitive medical, dental, and vision programs Career growth opportunities Holiday pay and free car washes Leadership training Responsibilities Recruit, train, and coach team members with the Site Leader. Maintain site and team appearance. Oversee daily operations at the car wash. Follow Bluewave policies and procedures. Create a safe workplace with the Site Leader. Drive local volume and sales. Monitor wash quality and maintain brand standards. Participate in financial performance reviews with the Site Leader. Use software programs (Microsoft Office, point-of-sale system). Embrace learning journey. Qualifications At least 1 year of leadership experience. Positive attitude to handle challenges. Basic IT and computer skills. Mechanical knowledge or willingness to learn. Energetic performance in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Willingness to learn car‑washing techniques (no prior experience required).
