Assistant Site Leader

Maintain site and team appearance. Oversee daily operations at the car wash. Follow Bluewave policies and procedures. Create a safe workplace with the Site Leader. Drive local volume and sales. Monitor wash quality and maintain brand standards. Participate in financial performance reviews with the Site Leader. Use software programs (Microsoft Office, point-of-sale system). Embrace learning journey. Qualifications At least 1 year of leadership experience. Positive attitude to handle challenges. Basic IT and computer skills. Mechanical knowledge or willingness to learn. Energetic performance in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Willingness to learn car‑washing techniques (no prior experience required).
