Food and Beverage Manager - The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa

Duties Include:

• Overseeing daily operations across all dining outlets to ensure high-quality service and guest satisfaction
• Leading staff hiring, training, performance management, and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence
• Monitoring service performance and implementing continuous improvements
• Coordinating cleanliness, maintenance, and vendor support across all service areas
• Collaborating with culinary teams and managing financial performance through cost control and revenue strategies

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Range: $67,000 - $70,000 / year, plus annual bonus potential

Schedule: Flexible schedule. Must be able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

The ideal candidate for this year-round position is legally authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing basis, without a specific end date. They are at least 21 years of age and have at least four years of progressive experience in the food and beverage industry, including a minimum of two years in a management role. A bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Restaurant, or Culinary Management is preferred. Strong interpersonal communication, problem-solving skills, and exceptional organizational abilities are essential. Most importantly, this candidate brings a genuine passion for creating and personalizing memorable guest experiences.
