Florence Coffee, located in Great Falls, MT, is looking for a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as a Warehouse Manager. What You’ll Be Doing As our Warehouse Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the seamless operation of our warehouse. Here’s what your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing and organizing inventory to ensure everything is in its proper place.
- Managing shipments, including receiving and preparing orders for delivery.
- Lifting and moving items (up to 35 lbs) as part of daily warehouse operations.
- Maintaining a clean and efficient workspace to support overall productivity.
- Delivering product to our two shops in Great Falls.
-Collaborating with team members to meet deadlines and ensure customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For We’re not asking for years of experience—just a willingness to work hard and contribute to our team’s success. Here’s what you’ll need to bring to the table:
- The ability to lift at least 35 lbs as part of your regular duties.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Dependability and a commitment to maintaining a smooth-running warehouse.
