Production Associate

Key Responsibilities Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment according to standard operating procedures. Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on machinery. Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and make necessary repairs. Measure and cut raw material. Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize production processes - cross-training will be required. Complete required documentation and reports accurately and on time. Qualifications Experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred. Strong problem‑solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
