The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors Title: UX Product Designer Job Types: 6+ Months Contract Position Summary: We’re looking for a Product Designer to join our UX Product Design team working on the modernization of our claims adjuster experience focused on servicing customer claims. You will focus on creating best-in-class digital tools for power users, aimed at improving claims adjuster efficiency, improving employee satisfaction, reducing service expenses and technology costs. This role might be for you if you have: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 3+ years of UX/product design experience. Experience using methodologies such as Agile, Design Thinking, Lean UX, and human-centered design. Familiarity with the following core disciplines, with demonstrated expertise in at least two and familiarity with the others: visual design, UX design, prototyping, information architecture, front-end development, user research. Exceptional written and oral communication skills. Proven ability to present projects and status reports to senior management. Strong organization and analytic thinking skills, with ability to translate moderately complex content into user scenarios, flows and diagrams. Proven track record of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Online portfolio with examples of UX work and/or case studies. Experience with insurance claims is a plus.
