The ideal candidate will be client-focused, collaborative, exceptionally organized, and detail-oriented.ResponsibilitiesAct as a strategic advisor, aligning client technology with business goals.Deliver executive-level insights and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Ensure client environments are secure, scalable, and optimized for performance and growth.Develop IT roadmaps, lead business reviews, manage budgets, and uphold compliance standards.Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact and escalation.Mentor internal team members and foster collaboration across departments.Identify gaps and partner with technical teams to scope and prioritize initiatives.Ensure alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.Other duties as assigned
