KinderCare Acquisition Project ManagerResponsibilitiesBuild legally bound timelines to achieving successful acquisition transactionsAct as the face of KinderCare business partners to sellers outside of the organizationOrganize site reviews, site review tools, operational and HR deep dives as well as site review reportingConduct prioritization exercises to ensure agreement on capital budget and scopes of work required to integrate centersEnsure communication across business partners, capturing risks and mitigation strategies for project executionOrganize announcement activities for the staff and families of acquired centers including resources, event cadence, communications and logisticsIn partnership with licensing business partners and HR business partners, ensure successful completion of licensing and hiring timelinesIn partnership with Growth Operations Manager, create custom Center Success Plan for each center to hand off through executionEnsure positive center experience for staff and families through welcome, opening and integration processesQualifications8 years of project managementCapable of creating clear visuals to help others understand timelines and goalsAbility to build rapport and trust across business partnersAbility to adapt quickly to changing prioritiesAbility to stay positive in the face of changeAbility to proactively plan work with a focus on user experience and outcomeHighly collaborative working style and ability to listen, understand, influence, and prioritize competing needsExcellent planning, organizational and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detailSuperior communication skills, written and verbal.Excellent judgment, ability to think critically and strong decision-making skills, including risk evaluation, outcomes assessment and solutions determination in a timely mannerExperience with Smartsheet highly desiredAbility to travel 10-15% of time to sites located in and out of state as required
