complex Microsoft infrastructure incidents and problems Independently diagnose and resolve cross-domain infrastructure issues Manage the Microsoft infrastructure incident lifecycle in the Government ITSM platform Coordinate with NOC, Service Desk, network, and infrastructure teams Develop and maintain troubleshooting runbooks, escalation procedures, and knowledge base articles Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior administrators Assign and prioritize Microsoft infrastructure work items aligned with Sprint commitments and operational priorities Ensure team cross-training across Microsoft infrastructure functions Conduct quality reviews of team members' work Support recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of Microsoft infrastructure personnel Requirements Minimum 6–8 years of hands‑on enterprise Microsoft infrastructure administration and engineering experience Demonstrated experience administering and engineering Microsoft 365, Azure Government, and
