Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) – Full-Time and Part Time

Location: Phoenix, AZ
Pay: $17–18/hour
Shifts: Evening & Overnight | PRN/Flexible Scheduling

All About People is hiring compassionate Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) to provide support in behavioral health facilities. Choose shifts that fit your schedule while making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient safety and well-being
• Support therapeutic activities and treatment plans
• Document patient behaviors and progress
• Respond to crisis situations using established protocols
• Work collaboratively with the clinical team

Requirements

• Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
• CPR Certification
• TB Clearance
• COVID-19 vaccination or declination
• CPI Certification (preferred or willing to obtain—we provide the training)
• Background check and drug screen
