Server Position

Overview: We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Server. Our menu features an upscale casual American cuisine with a specialty in buffalo-style chicken wings. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional service, enhance the dining experience, and foster a welcoming environment for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests promptly and with a friendly demeanor.
• Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and recommend food and beverage choices.
• Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in during meals and addressing any concerns.
• Manage multiple tables during busy periods with professionalism and courtesy.
• Upsell menu items and promote daily specials.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of tables and service areas.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Promote a positive team environment and assist colleagues as needed.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Must be at least 18 years old and possess relevant work authorization.
• Passion for sports, food, and providing a memorable guest experience is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
• Must be able to handle multiple tables and guests simultaneously.
