Experience: 10+ years
Key Requirements:
- Strong Business Analysis experience and Salesforce configuration knowledge.
- Hands-on experience supporting Patient Support Programs (PSP) in the Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences industry.
- Experience with Intake Centre and Contact Centre applications.
- Expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, user stories, acceptance criteria, and UAT.
- Strong stakeholder management and Agile/Scrum experience.
- Ability to independently manage BAU support and production issues.
