Regional Maintenance SupervisorVP Management is proud to be a leader in the lodging industry and passionate about creating an exceptional experience for our guests with multiple hotels on the Princeton area.The Regional Maintenance Supervisor (RMS) is responsible for maintenance objectives of their hotels. Overseeing maintenance staff and ensuring that the physical condition and appearance goals are constantly maintained.The RMS must be technically proficient with a hands-on attitude and possess leadership and communication skills.Have the ability to work well in ambiguous or changing situations.Skills, Knowledge, & Abilities:Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, appliance repair and landscaping.Have a working knowledge of swimming pool maintenance/operations. Be willing and able to operate a snowplow.Superior customer service skills including the ability to manage difficult customers and/or situations.Strong attention to detail, organizational, time-management and problem-solving skills.Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings, and holidays.
