Job Description Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is searching for a Senior Medical Science Liaison – Neuroimmunology for the Great Plains region. This is a field‑based position located in the Minneapolis area, covering Minnesota, South Dakota, North Dakota, Nebraska, Iowa, and Wisconsin. The Senior Medical Science Liaison (Sr. MSL) delivers balanced, objective scientific information and education to opinion leaders, health‑care professionals, and internal partners as required by scientific and business needs. The Sr. MSL serves as an established scientific and clinical knowledge lead on current and future J&J Innovative Medicine products aligned with the therapeutic area, stays abreast of treatment landscape trends, and supports both company‑ and investigator‑initiated research while upholding company credo values. Responsibilities Build external relationships with key opinion leaders and health‑care providers (MD, PA, NP, RN, Pharm.D., and clinical coordinators) and manage a geographical territory. Develop and maintain a territory strategic plan, including educational activities with identified OLs, HCPs, institutions, and community practices. Demonstrate competency in the disease state with foundational skills in influence, results focus, communication, stakeholder engagement, product & therapeutic area knowledge, and data insights & dissemination. Rapidly identify and collaborate with field‑based partners to support health‑care providers and positively impact patient care. Apply competencies in change management, time management, and innovation to enhance performance. Conduct all activities in accordance with current regulatory and health‑care compliance guidelines. Travel primarily throughout assigned geography (estimated 60%) with occasional travel outside the area. Consistently demonstrate strategic territory planning, strong relationships, and scientific acumen. Continuously support department operations and internal partners. Qualifications Required: A PharmD, PhD, or MD with 2+ years of relevant neurology clinical experience. 2‑3 years of MSL experience and/or 2‑3 years of relevant clinical, research, or pharma work experience. Preferred: Knowledge or experience in neurology, immunology, or neuromuscular disorders. Launch experience in rare disease. Significant experience giving presentations. Compensation and Benefits Base salary: $118,000 to $203,550 (annual performance bonus eligible). Long‑term incentive program participation.
