Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

What You'll Do Assist customers with billing questions, policy changes, payments, and everyday insurance needs. Deliver exceptional service by making every customer interaction easy and enjoyable. Build lasting relationships with our existing clients. Identify opportunities to improve customers' coverage and connect them with the right insurance solutions. Cross-sell additional products that provide value to customers while earning commission. Work alongside a supportive team to ensure every client receives outstanding service.
