As a Physical Therapist (PRN), you will play a vital role in our commitment to individualized, top-quality care.
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Physical Therapist (PRN) to join our dynamic team. As a PRN, you will provide physical therapy services to our patients in a skilled nursing facility setting. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement effective treatment plans to help our patients achieve their goals.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of physical therapy needs, including orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve patient goals
Conduct physical therapy treatments, including exercises, modalities, and other interventions
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure seamless care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans
Participate in patient care conferences and contributes to the development of the patient's treatment plan
Requirements:
Currently licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida
Minimum of 0 years of experience in a skilled nursing facility setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Ability to lift, transfer, and move patients as needed
