Preload Associate (Full-time)Location: Shawsheen St, Tewksbury, MASchedule: Monday-Friday, 12:00-8:30amEmployment Type: Full-timePay: $23.00 per hour Walden Local is excited to be growing in New England and we're looking for the next member of our Preload team! As a member of our Preload team, you'll be responsible for making sure our daily delivery operations go off without a hitch each morning. You'll work on a mixture of team-based and independent tasks, including: working on a team-based packing line to add dry ice and dry goods to deliveries, loading delivery vans, loading and unloading freight trucks and general warehouse maintenance. If you're an early riser looking for somewhere to grow your career, we'd love to hear from you!What You'll Do:Work on a team-based packing lineEnsure all delivery vans are properly loaded and ready to hit the road prior to drivers arrivingLoad and unload freight trucks with products from our partnersComplete general warehouse maintenance tasks such as compacting cardboardUtilize forklifts and pallet jacks to move orders around the warehouse as needed (no prior experience necessary with the equipment, we will train you!)What You'll Bring:History of excellent work attendanceAbility to lift and move 35 poundsWillingness to jump in to do whatever needs to get doneAble to speak and read basic EnglishValid driver's license and clean driving history for the past 3 yearsBonus points if you have....Pick and pack experienceWarehouse experienceForklift and/or pallet jack experienceFood or agriculture industry experienceDon't check all the boxes?
