Key Responsibilities

• Be the right-hand support to the VP, Marketing, and the entire Marketing Team.
• Lead and manage marketing projects while coordinating brand management initiatives.
• Craft, prepare, and distribute marketing materials and information packets with creativity.
• Keep a keen eye on maintaining the inventory of marketing and collateral supplies.
• Assist in developing compelling marketing materials for presentations, website, and public displays.
• Generate insightful marketing reports, track invoices, and manage budgets effectively.
• Contribute to the creation of print and web collateral materials.
• Stay on top of media coverage and make updates as necessary.
• Maintain updated lists of local and regional publications.
• Conduct research, compile statistics, and analyze data for comprehensive reports.
• Manage search engine marketing and Pay Per Click campaigns with precision.
• Organize the Marketing resource library and develop polished presentations.
• Assist with planning and executing special meetings and events.
• Conduct research related to potential sponsorship opportunities.
• Maintain archives of templates and marketing materials for easy access.
• Secure translations for informational web-pages and collateral as needed.
• Aid in the creation and distribution of engaging newsletters.
• Manage the Marketing Planning Document, Editorial Calendar, and Project Tracker to ensure seamless operations.
• Create regular metrics reports to assess the impact of marketing communications.
• Participate actively in team meetings and document meeting minutes.
• Oversee the loans of camera and video equipment to support marketing efforts.
• Engage in the Performance Improvement Program to contribute to continuous enhancement.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business/Communications or related field (Marketing, Advertising, and Journalism).
• Minimum of 2-3 years of work related marketing and communications experience, preferably in marketing, digital marketing, public relations, community relations, employee communications environments, or combination of equivalent education/work experience.
• Frequently required to sit; occasionally required to stand and walk.
• Occasionally required to reach with hands and arms.
• Frequently required to talk or hear.
• Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Occasionally required to bend, twist or climb.
• Moderate concentration/intensity, which includes prolonged mental effort with limited opportunity for breaks.
• Normal memory, taking into consideration the amount and type of information.
• Moderate level of complexity for decision making.
• Normal time pressure of decision making.
