About the Position The Keyholder is responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the Lilly Pulitzer retail store, including sales, client experience, and safeguarding the store’s assets. Drive sales goals by providing an exceptional client experience and supporting the sales team by actively focusing on clients. Demonstrate Lilly Pulitzer’s selling culture and ensure a consistent client experience. Maintain accuracy in cash transaction management according to operating procedures. Open and close the retail store and perform all related duties. Act as an elevated team member, exercising decision‑making and multitasking while prioritizing service. Resolve client‑related issues promptly and, when necessary, elevate them to store management. Provide continuous feedback to the store management team on selling opportunities and successes. Maintain the store’s visual and operational standards as set by the Visual and Retail Operations teams. Safeguard the assets of the store. Qualifications Prior supervisory experience in the fashion or retail industry (preferred). Ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and management. Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills. Proficiency in Microsoft and Apple technology. Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment. Prior knowledge of XStore and Tulip (a plus). Capable of lifting up to 20 pounds. Ability to stand and move around the store during shift hours. Work Environment & Schedule This part‑time, hourly, non‑exempt position is based in‑store at our Lilly Pulitzer Retail location. Given the seasonality of the business, flexible working hours—including nights, weekends, and holidays—may be required. The position requires compliance with Lilly Pulitzer policies and a detailed Code of Conduct as outlined in the Employee Handbook. Compensation & Benefits Pay Range: $16.00–$19.00 per hour. Pay is based on qualifications, skills, experience, geography, and state and local wage laws. In addition, bonus and/or commission and benefits—including healthcare, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and product discounts—may be offered.
