- Generate leads and build your own client base
- Close deals using proven systems and strategies
- Grow your income based directly on your effort and results
- Build a long-term business with real financial upside

- Licensed agents ready to grow their production
- Aspiring agents ready to get licensed and start strong
- Motivated, coachable, business-minded people
- Great communicators and relationship builders
- Must be local or relocating to the area within 60 days
First-year earning potential when goals are met: $150,000+

Compensation:$120,000 - $225,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Attend weekly training sessions and workshops
- Learn how to generate and follow up with real estate leads
- Practice client conversations and objection handling techniques
- Work with senior agents to shadow appointments and tours
- Track daily activity and performance in the provided systems
- Commit to ongoing learning and development
- No prior experience required; training provided
- Real Estate License or in the process of obtaining one
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the industry
- Ability to follow instructions and accept feedback
- Self-starter with a positive attitude
