Business Solutions Analyst

To support business operations, the full-time Business Solutions Analyst will serve as a liaison between the business community and IT, managing EDI projects, resolving transaction issues, and developing business requirements while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Act as the primary EDI contact for suppliers and internal teams, communicating project requirements and resolving technical issues Collect, analyze, and document business requirements for EDI projects, ensuring alignment with business goals Conduct data analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and assist in business process redesign as needed Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field Five years of experience deploying EDI solutions using XML and Proficiency in EDI transaction sets and tools such as IBM Sterling Integrator and Axway Cyclone Experience in creating and executing test cases and troubleshooting production transaction issues Ability to translate technical requirements into business language and negotiate across multiple groups
