Shift: 06:30 AM - 03:00 PM. On call requirement of 1 night a week and 1 out of every 6 weekends. Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal health outcomes. Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor patient status and provide documentation of care. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans. Provide education and support to patients and their families. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Current RN License. Trinity Code of Conduct Form.
