Senior Manager - Delivery Management This Role is a Hybrid position to start and looking to have someone in the office 3 days a week for the first few months. Then will move to remote work. Responsibilities * Guide a team of architects and project managers, providing support and professional development opportunities * Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for key accounts * Oversee the design of scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using Azure services * Develop account plans for key clients, outlining objectives, strategies, and action plans to achieve client success and maximize retention * Advocate for clients internally, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed effectively by cross-functional teams such as sales, operations, and support * Monitor client satisfaction levels through regular feedback surveys, reviews, and meetings. * Provide strategic guidance and consulting to clients, leveraging industry expertise and best practices to help them achieve their business objectives * Identify opportunities for process improvements, innovation, and optimization * Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, operations, and product development to ensure alignment on client needs, priorities, and strategies Requirements * Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field. An advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is preferred but not required * 7-10 years of experience in client success, account management, or a related role within a professional services environment * Strong understanding of Azure services and the ability to oversee the design of scalable, secure, and high-performance applications * Proven ability to lead and mentor a team, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement * Demonstrated ability to develop and nurture strong client relationships, understand client needs, and advocate for clients internally * Ability to develop account plans, identify opportunities for process improvements, and provide strategic guidance to clients * Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on client needs and strategies Don't meet every single requirement?
