Facility Project ManagerIAP World Services, an Intrepid Global Solutions company, is a recognized leader in Facilities Management and Operations in support of Defense, Intelligence, and National Security missions.Under a major National Security contract, IAP operates and maintains a facility in the National Capital region. Program responsibilities and services include comprehensive facility operations; project management for minor construction and major equipment repairs; engineering and operations support; custodial services; and environmental, safety, and occupational health support.We are seeking an experienced Facility Project Manager to run daily operations for a 24/7 facility services National Security program. They will have overall responsibilities ensuring program health and performance in scope, personnel, deliverables, security, vendors, and customer satisfaction.Essential Job Functions:Ensuring the daily operations of the 24/7 facility project is executed on schedule, within budget, and meets customer satisfaction.Ensuring project deliverables are completed accurately and submitted on schedule.Ensuring project shifts are properly staffed and personnel are properly trained.Authority to act for the company on contractual matters.On-site during the Government's regular working hours (M-F 0800 – 1700).Available within 30 minutes during the Government's regular working hours and available on-site within two hours if required after the Government's regular working hours.Ensuring work priorities are achieved.Education & Experience:High School Diploma or equivalent, Associates or Bachelors desired3 years of experience in managing a workforce providing services on contracts of similar size, scope and complexity.5 years of experience supporting facility management services.Experience with Quality Control and Site Safety and Health responsibilities.Desired Qualifications:Expert knowledge in facilities operations and management.Hazmat training.CBRN Training.First Aid/CPR/AED certification.OSHA Compliance training.Fire Brigade Incipient level training.Security Clearance: Active Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmental Information (TS/SCI) with Yankee White (YW).Intrepid Acquisition Holdings, LLC
