Day shift, 4x10 hours (Monday - Thursday, 07:20 AM - 05:50 PM)

Job Description

The Physical Therapist will work in both inpatient and outpatient settings, providing care to patients in acute care at one facility and then transitioning to outpatient coverage at a sister facility. The roles require flexibility and travel between two hospitals.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop treatment plans for patients in acute care.
• Provide outpatient coverage, including therapies for various diagnoses such as orthopedic and neurological conditions.
• Travel approximately 23 miles between facilities for patient care.
• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team including PT, OT, and SLP.
• Ensure patient safety and adherence to care plans.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Current Washington State PT license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Experience with charting in Epic is preferred.
