Join Our Dynamic Team as a Respiratory Therapist! Job Description:
- Patient Assessment:
- Examine patients with breathing issues
- Analyze blood and sputum samples
- Conduct lung capacity tests - Treatment Administration:
- Provide oxygen therapy
- Administer aerosol medications
- Perform chest physiotherapy to enhance breathing - Life Support/Ventilation:
- Manage and operate mechanical ventilators for patients in need
- Ensure optimal settings for patient comfort and safety - Emergency Response:
- Deliver emergency care, including artificial respiration
- Perform bronchopulmonary hygiene
- Execute cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) as needed - Documentation:
- Update patient records accurately
- Collaborate with physicians on treatment plans
- Assist with discharge planning and patient transitions - Patient Education:
- Teach patients and families to manage respiratory conditions
