Job Description We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team at Northern Lights As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to our patients under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, ensuring their recovery and well-being. Provide direct patient care under the established plan of care and clinical protocols created by the supervising Physical Therapist. Implement physical therapy treatment programs, carrying out essential therapeutic exercises, modalities, and manual techniques. Monitor patient progress during treatment sessions and report any significant changes or responses to the supervising Physical Therapist. Assist with patient assessments and participate in gathering data as directed by the Physical Therapist. Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and colleagues to provide encouragement, education, and updates on treatment progression. Ensure timely and accurate documentation, including daily treatment notes, attendance records, and incident reports in collaboration with the primary physical therapist. Collaborate with rehabilitation technicians to maintain a safe, clean, and organized clinic environment and support patient flow. Qualifications Graduate (or upcoming) from aPTA program Current (or upcoming) PTAlicense in the state of North Dakota Outgoing and energetic personality New graduates are welcome!
