Position: Accounts Payable Clerk
Schedule: Part-Time with the opportunity to become Full-Time (Schedule discussed during the interview)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to support the accounting department. This position is responsible for processing invoices, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring timely payments to vendors.

Job Duties:

• Process and enter vendor invoices.
• Verify invoice accuracy and match purchase orders.
• Maintain organized accounts payable records.
• Communicate with vendors regarding payments and account inquiries.
• Assist with payment processing and reconciliations.
• Support the accounting team with administrative tasks.
• Perform data entry with accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements:

• Previous Accounts Payable or accounting experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
