What You'll Do

You will manage a diverse caseload of family law matters, including

• Divorce, legal separation, and parentage cases
• Allocation of parental responsibilities, spousal maintenance, and child support
• Protection orders and related family law disputes

Your day-to-day will include:

• Representing clients in court appearances and hearings
• Drafting and arguing motions
• Conducting legal research and writing
• Leading settlement negotiations
• Maintaining consistent, professional communication with clients

What We're Looking For

• Licensed and in good standing with the Colorado Bar
• 3–5+ years of experience practicing family law
• Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills
• Strong advocacy skills, professionalism, and a genuine passion for family law

Compensation & Benefits

The anticipated base compensation for this role is $100,000–$135,000 per year, with eligibility to participate in the firm's annual bonus and performance incentive programs. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, education, and skills.
