We are seeking a high-performing, data-driven Marketing Manager to join our team in Grand Rapids, MI . Premier Edge Concrete Solutions is a premier installer of high-performance concrete coatings (polyaspartic, epoxy, stamped, and polished finishes) protecting residential and commercial properties across West Michigan. If you are a confident, hands-on marketer who thrives on accountability, knows how to get maximum performance out of vendors, and loves proving that marketing dollars drive real lead growth, this is your next career move.

What You’ll Do

• Multi-Channel Strategy: Build and execute marketing strategies across digital, traditional, referral, and grassroots channels to capture residential and commercial market share.
• Vendor Accountability & ROI: Direct outside marketing agencies/vendors, audit campaign reports, ask hard questions, and hold them strictly to clear lead-gen and ROI benchmarks.
• Event & Trade Show Leadership: Plan, organize, and staff regional trade shows, home shows, and community events to generate high-intent leads.
• Content Creation & Storytelling: Capture photos/videos of completed coating projects and team events to build authentic, high-converting social media content.
• Collateral & Brand Management: Oversee, order, and manage field marketing materials, from job-site yard signs to promotional banners.

Who You Are

• Experienced Marketing Manager: 3 to 5+ years of hands-on experience managing marketing campaigns, budgets, and vendors (REQUIRED).
• Digital Lead Generation Savvy: Solid grasp of Google Ads, SEO, social advertising, lead generation funnels, and performance reporting (REQUIRED).
• Direct Vendor Leader: Confident communicator who digs into numbers, catches underperforming metrics, and isn't afraid to hold vendors accountable to get results.
• Autonomous & Creative: Highly organized self-starter who can manage multiple deadlines independently while finding fresh ways to tell our brand story.
• Home Services / Events Experience: Background in home services, residential construction, trade show execution, or content creation (PREFERRED).
