Key Accountabilities Inspects and identifies equipment or machines in need of service. Troubleshoots issues to determine necessary repairs. Performs general repairs that do not require a specialized technician. Example may include fixing drywall, painting, and performing basic carpentry. Answer maintenance requests for hotel guest rooms. General Requirements High school diploma preferred. Must be available to work weekends and night schedule (1:00pm-9:30pm). Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain organization and a positive attitude. Must be able to load, unload, and push equipment and/or carts up to 50 pounds.
