Job Description/ Responsibilities/ Years of experience:
6+ years experience in Software Development / Testing with Strong business analytical skills to understand the critical business flows for an application.
Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for REST APIs and web applications using Selenium and Python.
Build and execute test automation strategies for Voice/VoIP/SIP-based systems and features.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing across the application stack.
Write and optimize SQL queries to validate data integrity and support test case design.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing and faster release cycles.
Use Git for version control and collaborative test code management.
Monitor and troubleshoot application logs using Splunk to identify and diagnose defects.
Conduct accessibility testing to ensure compliance with relevant standards (WCAG or equivalent).
Manage and track defects/incidents through ITSM tools as part of the QA lifecycle.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into comprehensive test plans.
Clearly communicate test results, risks, and quality metrics to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and best practices.
