Location: West Memphis, AR Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour Shift: 2:30 PM – 11 PM | Monday-Friday Lift, load, and level up your forklift operator job. Forklift Operator Requirements: High school diploma or GED required. Previous warehouse experience required. 1+ years of stand-up forklift experience preferred. Ability to obtain Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) certification. Experience using RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (SAP, RedPrairie, WCS, or similar). Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and work on your feet throughout the shift. Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.

Forklift Operator Duties: Operate a stand-up forklift to move, stage, and store materials. Receive, pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment. Use RF scanners and WMS to track inventory and process transactions. Verify product quantities, labels, and shipping information for accuracy. Perform shipping, receiving, and inventory control tasks. Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and completeness. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse. Meet daily productivity, quality, and accuracy goals.
