This position requires strong attention to detail, professional communication, and a proactive, service-oriented mindset./ph3Key Responsibilities:/h3ulliGreet and check in guests with professionalism and warmth./liliHandle guest requests promptly and courteously, escalating issues as needed./liliAnswer internal and external calls and route inquiries efficiently./liliTake reservations and update bookings via phone and hotel systems./liliRun shift reports, reconcile daily transactions, and balance cash drawers./liliAccurately execute end-of-day and closing procedures./liliCollaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations./liliCommunicate guest concerns and maintenance needs to the appropriate department or supervisor./li/ulh3Special Requirements:/h3ulliRegular and punctual attendance is essential.
