About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Picker/Packer in Charlotte, NC. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately fulfilling customer orders and preparing shipments in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Compensation and Schedule

• Pay rate: $17 - $20 per hour
• All Shifts Available
• Weekly pay

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick orders from warehouse shelving using pick lists, RF scanners, or warehouse management systems
• Pack products securely according to company standards and customer specifications
• Label and prepare shipments for carrier pickup or dispatch
• Inspect items for damage or defects prior to packing and report discrepancies
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Meet or exceed daily productivity and accuracy targets
• Assist with receiving, put-away, and inventory cycle counts as needed
• Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, or other warehouse equipment

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred; not required
• Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods in a warehouse environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior warehouse, fulfillment center, or distribution experience is a plus but not required
