Maintenance Technician

We're seeking a dependable, self-motivated Maintenance Technician to join a growing operation. This is a hands-on role responsible for keeping industrial equipment, fleet vehicles, and facility machinery operating safely and efficiently through preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. If you enjoy diagnosing mechanical issues, working on a variety of equipment, and minimizing downtime in a fast-paced industrial environment, we'd love to connect. Responsibilities Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment, fleet vehicles, and facility machinery. Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic issues. Repair and maintain a variety of industrial processing equipment and mobile equipment. Perform routine inspections to identify maintenance needs before equipment failures occur. Replace bearings, belts, chains, hoses, cylinders, motors, and other mechanical components. Complete minor welding and fabrication repairs as needed. Assist with hydraulic and electrical troubleshooting and repairs. Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime. Maintain accurate maintenance records and document completed repairs. Keep shop tools and work areas clean, organized, and safe. Follow all company safety procedures and maintenance best practices. Qualifications Experience in industrial maintenance, heavy equipment repair, diesel mechanics, or a related field. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Working knowledge of: Hydraulics Industrial mechanical systems Welding Electrical troubleshooting Preventative maintenance Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, diagnostic equipment, and shop equipment. Ability to read equipment manuals, schematics, and repair documentation. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities. Strong work ethic with a commitment to safety and quality workmanship. Preferred Experience Industrial balers Shredders Forklifts Skid steers Commercial trucks Trailers Industrial processing equipment Physical Requirements Frequently lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces. Comfortable working around industrial machinery in varying temperatures and environments.
